Welcome to vDeskOnline – your Citrix hosted desktop solution

vDeskOnline is your Citrix hosted desktop, allowing you to take your work anywhere at any time. All you need is a device with an internet connection and you can access your work from wherever you like, whether it’s in the office, at home or on-the-go! This ‘getting started’ guide provides a checklist to which we recommend you complete as soon as possible. 

Installing the Citrix WorkSpace app

vDeskOnline runs from an application called Citrix Workspace. Ensure you have the latest version of Citrix Workspace installed on your local device, and check periodically for any updates. You can get the latest version of Citrix Workspace from https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/

Connecting to your hosted desktop

You can access vDeskOnline via two ways; either via the Citrix Workspace application or a web browser.

The web/server address is: go.vdeskonline.com if you are on version 1-3 or citrix.vdeskonline.com if you are on v4.

Please check with the IT Logik service desk if you are unsure which to use.
